JQuery is now a part of Visual Studio 2010 and is the single most powerful
cross-browser tool for client-side scripting for SharePoint 2010 applications.
With the decline of the document object model (DOM) in SharePoint 2010, this
discussion will provide invaluable insight as of how to incorporate JQuery into
SharePoint 2010 to increase dynamic content display and add interface
enhancements as well as new functionality without access to the server. This
session will show client-side script development improvements over MOSS 2007,
using JQuery and the new ECMA scripting on SharePoint 2010. This session is
targeted to SharePoint developers who seek to increase their skill set in the
least amount of time.
